How to Whitelist Our Emails and Check Your Spam Folder
- We’ve been receiving reports that some of our emails have been landing in spam or junk folders, while others have not. This can lead to missed important updates and information from us. To ensure you receive all our emails, we’ve put together a guide on how to whitelist our domain and check your spam/junk mail. This is particularly important for users of the top 5 email providers: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Proton Mail, and iCloud Mail123.
Whitelisting Our Domain: rocketstreams4k.com
- Whitelisting our domain tells your email provider that you trust our emails and want to receive them in your inbox. Here’s how to do it for each of the top 5 email providers:
Gmail
- Open Gmail and navigate to ‘Settings’ (the gear icon in the top right corner).
- Click on ‘See all settings’.
- Go to the ‘Filters and Blocked Addresses’ tab.
- Click on ‘Create a new filter’.
- In the ‘From’ field, enter our domain: rocketstreams4k.com.
- Click on ‘Create filter’.
- In the next window, check ‘Never send it to Spam’.
- Click on ‘Create filter’ again.
Outlook
- Open Outlook and click on ‘Settings’ (the gear icon in the top right corner).
- Click on ‘View all Outlook settings’.
- Go to ‘Mail’ > ‘Junk email’.
- Under ‘Safe senders and domains’, click on ‘Add’.
- Enter our domain: rocketstreams4k.com and press Enter.
- Click on ‘Save’.
Yahoo Mail
- Open Yahoo Mail and click on ‘Settings’ (the gear icon in the top right corner).
- Click on ‘More Settings’.
- Go to ‘Filters’ and click on ‘Add’.
- Give the filter a name, and in the ‘From’ field, enter our domain.
- Choose ‘Inbox’ under ‘Choose a folder to move to’.
- Click on ‘Save’.
Proton Mail
- Open Proton Mail and click on ‘Settings’.
- Go to ‘Filters’ > ‘Add SIEVE filter’.
- Give the filter a name, and in the ‘If’ field, enter
header :contains "From" "our domain"
. - In the ‘Then’ field, enter
fileinto "INBOX";
. - Click on ‘Save’.
iCloud Mail
- Open iCloud Mail and click on ‘Actions’ (the gear icon in the bottom left corner).
- Click on ‘Rules’.
- Click on ‘Add a Rule’.
- In the ‘is from’ field, enter our domain.
- Choose ‘Move to Folder’ and select ‘Inbox’.
- Click on ‘Done’.
Checking Your Spam/Junk Mail
- If you’ve missed any of our emails, they might be in your spam or junk mail folder. Here’s how to check:
Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo Mail
- Look for the ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk Email’ folder on the left side of your inbox.
- Click on it to view the emails.
- If you find any of our emails, click on it and then click ‘Not spam’ or ‘Not junk’.
Proton Mail
- Look for the ‘Spam’ folder on the left side of your inbox.
- Click on it to view the emails.
- If you find any of our emails, right-click on it and choose ‘Move to’ > ‘Inbox’.
iCloud Mail
- Look for the ‘Junk’ folder in the ‘Folders’ section.
- Click on it to view the emails.
- If you find any of our emails, click on it and then click ‘Not Junk’.
